Write from the email address on your account and say what you want deleted. We do it within 30 days, usually the same week. See the privacy policy for what we hold.

If you want your business left out of our reports

We publish aggregated statistics — never naming individual businesses. If you would still rather your audit was not counted, email us the website address and we will exclude it.
