By using Upgrowly you agree to what follows. It is written plainly on purpose.

What we provide

Upgrowly gives you free tools, a free website audit, and, on a paid plan, more and bigger audits and white-label reports to send to your clients. The pricing page lists exactly what each plan includes.

We give advice, not guarantees. Nobody can promise you a position in Google's results, a number of customers, or a number of reviews — and you should not believe anyone who does. Our suggestions reflect what usually helps. Results depend on your business, your market and things entirely outside our control.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

Fair use

Please do not:

• resell or repackage our reports as your own product, unless you are on a plan that explicitly allows it
• run automated scripts against the tools, or try to work around the daily limits
• use the tools to audit or attack a website you have no connection to and no permission for
• try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service

We may suspend an account that does these things.

Daily limits

Tools that only work in your browser have no limits. Tools that read a website, use AI or call another service (the website audit, the checkers and the writing tools) have fair daily limits, because each run uses a free allowance we share with everyone. The current limits are shown on the pricing page and on each tool. We may change them, and if a change makes a paid plan meaningfully worse we will tell you first.

Paid plans

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Nothing renews automatically. Each payment buys one month or one year of a plan, and we never charge you again without you making a new payment. When your time runs out, your account moves back to the free plan; pay again whenever you want to continue. Paying before your plan ends adds the new time after it, so you lose no days. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

Our content, and yours

The site, the tools and the report format belong to us. The reports you generate about your own business are yours — use them however you like, including with your clients.

If something goes wrong

We work to keep the service running and accurate, but we provide it "as is". We are not liable for business losses arising from using it. If we are found liable for anything, that liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

Ending it

You can stop using Upgrowly whenever you want and delete your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of the jurisdiction where Upgrowly is registered.
