MySiteAuditor Alternatives: Lead-Gen Audits for Less

By Neha

A good MySiteAuditor alternative does the same core job, a free SEO check on your own website that turns visitors into leads, at a price that makes sense in rupees. The main options are MyWebAudit, SE Ranking's Lead Generator, SEOptimer's embeddable audit and Upgrowly's audit form, which comes free with an account.

This post compares them for an Indian freelancer or small agency. We make Upgrowly, so read it with that in mind. We have tried to say plainly where each of the others does more, because for some agencies it clearly does.

Short answer: If you need email alerts, CRM or Zapier connections and audits built around a target keyword, MySiteAuditor's Professional plan or MyWebAudit fit better. If you mainly want a branded "check your website" form on your contact page, leads you can WhatsApp the same day, and no dollar bill, Upgrowly's audit form does that, free with a small Upgrowly link, or without the link from ₹499 a month.

What does MySiteAuditor do, and why look for an alternative?

MySiteAuditor is a white-label SEO audit tool whose main selling point is an embeddable audit form that captures leads on your own website. A visitor types their website, gets a branded report, and their details land in your account.

As of October 2026, MySiteAuditor's pricing page lists two plans. Starter is $49 a month and includes branded reports that you run by hand, but it says "No Lead Creation Embed Widgets Available". Professional is $79 a month and adds the automated lead capture widget, unlimited embedded forms, conversion tracking, GDPR options and CRM connections such as Zapier and Mailchimp. Paying yearly brings these to $490 and $790 a year. Its home page says reports check more than 50 SEO signals for a target keyword, and its site crawl finds up to 10 pages automatically.

So the lead form, which is the reason most agencies buy it, starts at $79 a month. At ₹95 to the dollar that is about ₹7,500 a month, before any card fees. For a freelancer in Indore charging local clients ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 a month, that is a lot to spend on a form. That is the usual reason people search for a MySiteAuditor alternative.

MyWebAudit: the closest like-for-like

MyWebAudit is the nearest match to MySiteAuditor: an agency audit and proposal tool with an embeddable lead form, priced a little lower.

MyWebAudit's pricing page lists three plans as of October 2026: Pro at $69.99 a month, Studio at $129.99 and Agency at $199.99. Paid yearly, they work out to $59, $109 and $167 a month. Lead widgets are listed from Pro upwards, and the page describes an embeddable white-label website audit form you can put on your site in minutes. It also lists an embeddable ROI calculator form. Plans run on monthly credits rather than unlimited reports, so check how many audits your traffic would use up.

What to know before you choose it:

  • White-labelling has tiers. The page says the Pro plan's white-label option uses a shared domain, on yearly plans, and only the Agency plan gets your own domain and subdomain.
  • There is no free trial. It offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new accounts instead.
  • It is still priced in dollars. At ₹95 to the dollar, Pro is about ₹6,650 a month billed monthly.

MyWebAudit makes sense if you also want proposal tools and an ROI calculator in the same product, and your clients pay you enough that ₹6,000 to ₹7,000 a month is small change.

SE Ranking: the lead form inside a full SEO platform

SE Ranking makes sense if you already want an all-in-one SEO platform with rank tracking and keyword data, and the lead form is a bonus.

SE Ranking's pricing page lists Core at $129 a month, or $103.20 a month paid yearly, and Growth at $279, or $223.20 yearly. The Agency Pack is an add-on at $69 a month, yearly billing only, and it includes white label for the platform and reports, and the Lead Generator. There is a 14-day free trial with no card needed.

The Lead Generator page describes an on-page checker widget that you style, give a daily budget, and paste on your site as HTML. You can choose a button, pop-up, form or modal window, edit the fields, exclude email addresses or domains, and receive alerts about new leads.

On yearly billing, Core plus the Agency Pack comes to about $172 a month, roughly ₹16,350. That is far more than any other option here, but you also get rank tracking, keyword research and backlink data, which neither MySiteAuditor nor Upgrowly has. Our Upgrowly vs Ahrefs vs Semrush comparison explains when that kind of data is worth paying for.

SEOptimer: a well-known embeddable audit

SEOptimer is one of the best-known tools for an embeddable audit form, but we could not check its current price on its own site.

SEOptimer's pricing page blocked automated visits on the day we checked, so we are not quoting a price from it. A review by CrawlRaven, dated August 2026, describes the widget the way most agencies use it: a visitor enters a website and email, receives a branded audit, and appears in your dashboard as a lead. The same review lists the widget on a "White Label & Embedding" plan. CrawlRaven sells a competing tool, so treat its opinions with care and confirm the plan details on SEOptimer's own pricing page.

If you are weighing SEOptimer specifically, compare three things against the others: how many forms you can embed, whether visitors receive a PDF by email, and whether the plan connects to Zapier or your email tool. Those are the features that most separate the expensive forms from the cheap ones. Ask for a trial and put the form on a test page before you pay for a year.

Upgrowly's audit form: free, with honest limits

Upgrowly's "Audit form and leads" is a free SEO check you put on your own website: visitors type their site, see a score, and their details come to you as a lead.

Here is what it does, as built today:

  1. Set it up in your account. Add a heading, button text, button colour and your logo (PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 100 KB), and list up to 10 websites where the form may appear. The form refuses to load anywhere else.
  2. Paste one line of code on your contact or services page. If your website builder does not allow scripts, an iframe version is given too.
  3. The visitor checks their site. They enter their website, their name and an email or WhatsApp number, and tick a box agreeing that you may contact them. In about 20 seconds they see a score out of 100, a grade and the three biggest problems on their home page, each with a fix.
  4. You follow up. Every check appears in your leads list with the date, name, contact, website, score and the page the form was on, plus a WhatsApp link. Download them all as a spreadsheet.

A free account runs up to 5 checks a day per form and shows a small "Free SEO check by Upgrowly" link. Starter (₹499 a month) allows 25 a day, Pro (₹1,499) 75 and Agency (₹2,999) 200, all without the Upgrowly link. Each visitor can run up to 3 checks a day. The details are on the client reports page.

What it does not do: there are no email alerts for new leads yet, so you check the list in your account. There is no CRM or Zapier connection, the visitor does not get a PDF by email, and the check reads only the home page. For the full picture you run the free website audit yourself and send a proper report. Our guide on using a free SEO audit as a lead magnet explains the follow-up.

When is MySiteAuditor still the better choice?

MySiteAuditor is the better choice when you need automation more than a low price.

Choose MySiteAuditor, or MyWebAudit, if:

  • You want an email the moment a lead arrives. MySiteAuditor's home page tells users to check their email for new leads every day. Upgrowly does not send lead emails yet.
  • Leads must flow into a CRM or email list. MySiteAuditor's Professional plan lists Zapier and Mailchimp connections. Upgrowly gives you a spreadsheet.
  • You sell keyword-focused page reports. MySiteAuditor scores a page against a target keyword. Upgrowly's form runs a general home-page health check.
  • Your visitors expect a PDF straight away. MySiteAuditor lets you email, download and print PDFs.
  • You serve clients abroad and need reports in many languages. MySiteAuditor lists more than 20 languages; Upgrowly is English only for now.

Choose SE Ranking if you also need rank tracking and keyword data across many sites. Choose Upgrowly if your leads are mostly Indian small businesses who reply faster on WhatsApp than on email, you want to start free, and you would rather pay ₹499 than $79.

Whichever you pick, a lead only becomes a client when you follow up with something specific. The cold outreach message writer drafts a WhatsApp message and an email from the real problems on a site, and the prospect finder helps you approach businesses who never fill in a form. Our guide to getting SEO clients covers the rest of the week.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free MySiteAuditor alternative?

Yes. Upgrowly's audit form is free with an account and runs up to 5 checks a day, with a small "Free SEO check by Upgrowly" link under the form. Paid plans from ₹499 a month remove the link and raise the daily limit. SE Ranking offers a 14-day free trial of its paid plans.

How much does MySiteAuditor cost in India?

As of October 2026, MySiteAuditor's Starter plan is $49 a month and Professional is $79 a month, with yearly plans at $490 and $790. At ₹95 to the dollar, Professional, the plan with the lead form, is about ₹7,500 a month. It is billed in dollars, so your bank may add a foreign transaction fee.

Does Upgrowly's audit form email me when someone fills it in?

No, not yet. You can save an email address in the form settings for when alerts are switched on, but today new leads appear only in your account's leads list and in the spreadsheet download. Check the list daily, or more often if you get many visitors.

What does the visitor see after using Upgrowly's form?

They see their score out of 100, a grade, the three biggest problems on their home page with a short fix for each, and how many more problems the full report has. A message then says you will get in touch with the full report, which you build from the full website audit.

Can I use the audit form on WordPress or Wix?

You paste one line of script where the form should appear, for example in a custom HTML block. If your website builder does not allow scripts, use the iframe code shown in the same place. Add the website to your allowed list first, or the form will not load.
