Cold Outreach Message Writer
Cold Outreach Message Writer is a free tool that writes a cold email, a WhatsApp message and a follow-up based on the real problems on a prospect's website.
- Free
- No sign-up
- Checks a live page
The first message to a new client works when it is about their business, not yours. Type the prospect's website, pull the top three problems from a quick website check (or your last saved audit), and get three messages ready to send: a short cold email with a subject line, a WhatsApp message that fits on one screen, and a polite follow-up for five days later. The AI writes in simple Indian English and is not allowed to promise rankings; if the AI allowance for the day is used up, well-written ready-made wording fills in the same problems instead. Every message is checked for advert-sounding words before you copy it.

What is wrong with their website
Specific problems get replies; general praise does not. Use an audit of their site, or type up to three problems in plain words.

Guide
How to use it
- 1Type the prospect's website, their type of business and city.
- 2Use your saved audit of that site, run a quick check, or type up to three problems yourself.
- 3Add your name, agency and what you are offering.
- 4Press โWrite with AIโ, or use the ready-made wording.
- 5Read each message, fix anything flagged, then copy it or open it straight in WhatsApp or your email app.
What the results mean
- Cold outreach
- Contacting a business that does not know you yet. It works when the message is short, specific to them, and asks for one small thing.
- Follow-up
- A second, shorter message a few days later. Many replies come from the follow-up, because the first message arrived on a busy day.
- Call to action
- The one thing you ask the reader to do next โ here, to reply for the short report or a 10-minute call.
- Spam-flavoured words
- Words like โfreeโ, โguaranteedโ or โact nowโ that make a message read like an advert. People ignore them, and some email filters notice them.
Common questions
Will the AI make up problems or promise rankings?
It is told to use only the problems you give it and never to promise rankings, and every AI draft is checked: one that promises a ranking or runs too long is thrown away and the ready-made wording is shown instead. Still, read each message before you send it.
What happens when the AI limit runs out?
You get the ready-made wording, filled in with the same problems. It is written to sound like a person, not a template, and it never runs out.
Can I send these messages in bulk?
Please do not. Send them one at a time from your own email and WhatsApp. Bulk messages to people who did not ask for them get WhatsApp numbers blocked and email addresses marked as spam, and they rarely win clients.
Is anything sent to the prospect by Upgrowly?
No. We only write the words. You copy them, or open them in your own WhatsApp or email app, and you decide whether to send.
