Bulk Website Checker

Bulk Website Checker is a free tool that checks up to 20 websites in one go and gives each a score, its problems and the biggest fix, with a CSV to download.

  • Free
  • No sign-up
  • Checks a live page

Agencies and freelancers often need to check a list of websites at once โ€” every client on the books, or a batch of local businesses before a sales call. Paste up to 20 addresses and this runs our quick website audit on each one in turn: it reads the home page and a few more pages, scores the site out of 100, counts urgent, important and minor problems, and names the biggest one. Sort by score to see who needs help most, download the table as a CSV, or turn any row into a full client report.

Your workspace

Each website uses one of your daily website checks: 3 a day for free visitors, 50 a day on a paid plan. A website checked in the last few hours is served from memory and costs nothing. We check the home page and a few more pages of each site, one site after another, so a long list takes a few minutes.

Guide

How to use it

  1. 1Paste the website addresses, one per line โ€” up to 20.
  2. 2Press Check all websites. Sites are checked one after another, and you can watch the progress.
  3. 3Sort by lowest score to see which sites need the most help.
  4. 4Press Make report on any row to open a full client report for that website.
  5. 5Download the CSV to keep the list or share it with your team.

What the results mean

Score
A mark out of 100 from the same checks as our full website audit: whether Google can read the site, how it works on a phone, how fast it is, and whether customers can get in touch.
Urgent, important and minor
How much each problem matters. Urgent problems stop Google or customers outright; minor ones are polish. A problem found on several pages is counted once.
Quick check
A lighter version of the audit: the home page and a few more pages, without Google's speed test. Run the full Website Audit on a single site for the deep version.

Common questions

Why is there a daily limit?

Every website check reads real pages on our free servers, so each visitor gets a few a day and paid plans get more. The same limit covers the single Website Audit. A site checked in the last few hours comes from memory and does not use up a check.

Why could a website not be checked?

Usually the site is down, very slow, or blocks automated visitors. We also respect a site's robots.txt: if it asks our checker to stay out, we do.

Is this a replacement for the full website audit?

No โ€” it is for comparing many sites quickly. For a site you are working on, run the full Website Audit, which reads more pages and adds Google's speed test.

Can I send the results to a client?

Yes. Press Make report on a row to open a client-ready report you can download as a PDF with your own branding on paid plans.
