Best White-Label SEO Report Tools in India (2026)
By Neha
The best white label SEO report tool depends on what your clients pay you for. If you report on ads and SEO together, a dashboard tool such as AgencyAnalytics, DashThis or Swydo fits. If you sell rankings, SE Ranking or Semrush. If you mainly send website audits and monthly reports to Indian small businesses, Upgrowly costs least, in rupees.
We make Upgrowly, so read this with that in mind. We have tried to say plainly where each of the others does more, because for many agencies it does.
Short answer: A white-label SEO report tool pulls data from your client's website and accounts and turns it into a report or dashboard with your logo, colours and contact details instead of the tool's. Dashboard tools charge per client or per data source in US dollars. SEO suites add branded reports to an expensive research plan. Audit-report tools are cheapest but report on the website, not on ad spend.
What are the three kinds of white-label reporting tools?
Most tools sold as "white-label SEO reporting" fall into one of three groups, and the group matters more than the brand.
- Marketing dashboards. AgencyAnalytics, DashThis, Swydo and Whatagraph connect to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook and dozens of other sources, then show live dashboards and scheduled PDFs under your brand. They are built for agencies that run ads as well as SEO. They do not audit a website themselves.
- SEO suites with branded reports. SE Ranking and Semrush own keyword and backlink databases and track rankings. White-label reporting is an add-on on top of a research plan, so you pay for the data whether your clients need it or not.
- Audit-report tools. MySiteAuditor and Upgrowly read a website, score it and turn the result into a branded PDF. They are the cheapest group, and they suit freelancers whose work is fixing websites and Google listings rather than managing ad budgets.
If you are not sure which group you need, look at the last report you sent. If most pages were about ad spend and conversions, you need a dashboard. If they were about rankings across many searches, you need a suite. If they were about what was fixed on the site, an audit-report tool will do. Our guide to white-label SEO reports covers what the report itself should contain, whichever tool makes it.

AgencyAnalytics, DashThis and Swydo: the dashboard tools
Choose a dashboard tool when your monthly report has to combine SEO with Google Ads, Facebook Ads and analytics in one branded place.
- AgencyAnalytics. Its pricing page lists one Core plan at $20 per client a month, billed yearly, with a 14-day trial and no card needed. Branding, a custom domain, custom email and a white-labelled client portal are included, along with 85+ integrations such as Google Ads and Facebook. Rank tracking is an add-on at $41.67 a month per 500 keywords, billed yearly. For five clients that is about ₹8,800 a month before the rank tracker.
- DashThis. Its pricing page lists Individual at $54 a month for 3 dashboards ($44 billed yearly) and Professional at $164 for 10 ($139 yearly). Every plan includes your logo, colour themes, a custom domain and a custom sender email.
- Swydo. Its pricing page lists one plan from $69 a month for 10 data sources, with unlimited clients and users, and extra sources from $4.50 each. White-labelling, custom domain hosting and branded PDF exports are included.
What none of them does is audit a website. They report on numbers that other services collect. If your client's problem is a slow site with missing page titles, you still need an audit tool alongside.
SE Ranking and Semrush: white label on top of a research suite
Choose a suite when rankings for many searches are what your clients pay for, and you also need keyword and backlink research.
SE Ranking's pricing page lists Core at $129 a month, or $103.20 a month billed yearly, and Growth at $279 ($223.20 yearly), with a 14-day trial. The Agency Pack costs $69 a month, yearly billing only, and includes 30 client seats, a white-label platform and reports, unlimited scheduled reports and a lead generator widget. On yearly billing, Core plus the pack comes to about ₹15,150 a month.
Semrush's pricing page lists the SEO plan at $139 a month, or $117.33 billed yearly. Branded reports come from add-ons: Base Report at $10 a month gives PDF export and scheduling, and Pro Report at $20 a month adds branding and white-labelling, external integrations and sharing by link. The page does not say whether the add-ons are per user, so confirm before you buy. The free plan gives 10 reports a day but no white-label reports.
Both give you something no audit-report tool has: rank tracking for any website and their own backlink and keyword data. Our Upgrowly vs Ahrefs vs Semrush comparison explains when that data is worth the price.
MySiteAuditor and Upgrowly: audit-report tools
Choose an audit-report tool when your reports are mainly about what is wrong with a client's website and what you fixed.
MySiteAuditor's pricing page lists Starter at $49 a month and Professional at $79, or $490 and $790 a year. Both plans include white-label reports with your logo, colours and contact details, in more than 20 languages. Only Professional adds the lead capture widget and CRM connections such as Zapier and Mailchimp. We compare its lead form in detail in our MySiteAuditor alternatives post.
Upgrowly's client reports start from the free website audit. You pick one of 12 report types, from a one-page pitch to a monthly report, add your logo, colours, phone and email, and download a PDF or copy a share link that stays open for 90 days. On paid plans, the monthly report can include Google's own positions, clicks and impressions for searches you pin, for sites whose owner connected Search Console, and uptime and changes caught by SEO Watchdog. Starter is ₹499 a month for 10 white-label reports every 30 days, Pro ₹1,499 for 40, and Agency ₹2,999 for up to 10 reports a day with no monthly cap. A free account gets one white-label report a day.
What Upgrowly does not do
Upgrowly is not a dashboard tool and not a research suite, and it is better to know that before you pay.
- No live dashboards or client portal. Each report is a PDF or a share link you make when you need it. Nothing is scheduled or emailed to clients automatically.
- No Google Ads, Facebook or other ad data. Reports cover the website, the Google listing (from answers you fill in) and, on paid plans, Search Console positions. If you report on ad spend, use a dashboard tool.
- No rank tracker. It cannot show where a competitor or prospect ranks, and it has no local map-pack rankings.
- No backlink index and no keyword search volumes.
- No custom domain for share links, and reports are in English only for now.
Many freelancers fill these gaps with free tools. Search Console insights shows pages that are seen but not clicked, and the bulk website checker checks up to 20 client sites in one go before a reporting day. For anything beyond that, add a dashboard or a suite.
When is another tool the better choice?
Pick the tool that matches the work you are paid for, even when it costs more.
| Your situation | Better choice | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You run Google Ads and Facebook Ads for clients as well as SEO | AgencyAnalytics or Swydo | Ads, analytics and SEO in one branded report |
| Clients want a live dashboard they can open any time | DashThis or AgencyAnalytics | Always-on dashboards on your own domain |
| You sell rankings across many cities and searches | SE Ranking with Agency Pack | Rank tracking plus white label and scheduled reports |
| You already pay for Semrush for research | Semrush with Pro Report | Adds branding for $20 a month on what you have |
| You want an audit form that sends leads into your CRM | MySiteAuditor Professional | Lead widget with Zapier and Mailchimp |
| You send audit and monthly reports to Indian small businesses | Upgrowly | ₹499 a month, plain language, UPI payment |
At the top end, Whatagraph's pricing page starts at €699 a month billed yearly, with white-label reports included. That suits large agencies with many ad accounts, not most Indian freelancers.
A common setup is two tools: a cheap audit-report tool for the monthly website report, and a dashboard only for the clients who run ads. Price the tool cost into each retainer, as our guide to pricing SEO services shows.
How to choose a white label SEO report tool
Run a one-month trial on two real clients before you commit to a yearly plan.
- List your clients by what they pay for. Count how many run ads, how many pay for rankings and how many pay for website and listing work.
- Price it per client. Divide each tool's monthly cost by the clients it would serve. A $20-per-client tool is cheap for two clients and expensive for twenty small ones.
- Check the branding fully. Look at the PDF footer, the share link and the preview when the link is pasted into WhatsApp. Any other company's name should be gone.
- Test what the client actually reads. Send one report and ask the owner what they understood. Our guide to SEO reports clients can understand has the wording rules.
- Prefer monthly billing at first. Several tools here are cheaper yearly, but a dollar plan paid yearly is a large upfront cost if the tool does not suit you.
Frequently asked questions
What is a white label SEO report tool?
It is software that builds SEO reports or dashboards with your agency's logo, colours and contact details instead of its own. The client sees your brand only. Some tools also put reports on your own domain and send them from your email address.
Which white-label reporting tool is cheapest in India?
Of the tools compared here, Upgrowly is the cheapest paid option at ₹499 a month for 10 white-label reports, and its free account allows one a day. It covers website audits and monthly reports, not ad data. Among dollar-priced tools, AgencyAnalytics at $20 per client a month, billed yearly, is cheapest if you have only a few clients.
Can I white-label Semrush reports?
Yes, with an add-on. As of October 2026, Semrush's pricing page lists a Pro Report add-on at $20 a month that includes branding and white-labelling, on top of a paid plan such as SEO at $139 a month. The free plan does not include white-label reports.
Do I need a dashboard tool or an audit report tool?
If you report on Google Ads, Facebook and analytics together, you need a dashboard tool. If your reports are about what was wrong with the website and what you fixed, an audit-report tool is enough and much cheaper. Many agencies use both, each for different clients.
Does Upgrowly connect to Google Ads or Facebook?
No. Upgrowly's reports cover the website audit, the Google listing from answers you enter, uptime from SEO Watchdog and, on paid plans, Search Console positions for sites whose owner connected it. For ad data, use a dashboard tool such as AgencyAnalytics, DashThis or Swydo.
