- 3Choose how most customers travel to you.

What the results mean
- Directions link
- A link that opens Google Maps with the route from the customer's location to your shop already planned.
- Place ID
- Google's own code for your business listing. A link with it opens your listing directly, with your reviews and photos.
- Embed code
- A small piece of HTML that shows a live map on your website.
Common questions
Do I need a Google API key for these links?
No. The links use Google's published Maps link format, which works without a key. The website map uses Google's standard embed, which also needs no key.
Why does the pin land on the wrong building?
An address can match more than one place, especially in markets and lanes. Add your exact coordinates or your Place ID and the link will point at the right spot.
Where should I use the directions link?
Everywhere customers already talk to you: your WhatsApp away message, Instagram bio, email signature, SMS confirmations and your website's contact page.
