Search Console Rankings

Upgrowly's free Search Console Rankings report shows your real Google clicks, positions and searches, plus the keywords that are almost on page 1.

  • Free
  • Free account
  • Checks a live page

See exactly which Google searches bring people to your website, where you rank for each one, and what changed since last month. The numbers come straight from your own Google Search Console with read-only permission โ€” no guesses and no estimates. The most useful part is the list of keywords sitting at positions 8 to 20: they are nearly on page 1, and a small improvement there is usually worth more than chasing new keywords.

Your workspace

Read-only, and only your own sites

We ask Google for read-only permission. We can see the searches and pages from sites you have already verified in Google Search Console โ€” we cannot change anything in your account, and we never see other people's sites.

We keep an encrypted connection so you do not have to reconnect every time. You can remove it any time with the Disconnect button, or from your Google account's security page.

Guide

How to use it

  1. 1Sign in to Upgrowly (free), then press Connect Google Search Console and allow read-only access.
  2. 2Pick one of your verified websites and the period โ€” 28 or 90 days.
  3. 3Press Show report. Start with the "almost page 1" keywords: those are your quick wins.
  4. 4Download the CSV if you want to share it with a client or your web designer.

What the results mean

Clicks
How many people clicked your site in Google's results. This is real visitors from Google, not an estimate.
Times shown (impressions)
How many times your site appeared in someone's results, whether or not they scrolled down to see it.
Click rate (CTR)
Clicks divided by times shown. A low click rate on a well-ranked search usually means the title and description in Google are not tempting enough.
Average position
Your usual spot in the results for that search. 1 to 10 is page 1. It is an average, so 8.4 means you move between roughly 7 and 10.
Almost page 1
Searches where you rank 8 to 20. The page already has Google's attention โ€” improving it can move it onto page 1, where most of the clicks are.

Common questions

Can Upgrowly change anything in my Search Console?

No. We ask Google only for read-only permission (webmasters.readonly). We can read the search numbers for sites you have verified; we cannot add or remove sites, submit sitemaps or change settings.

What do you store?

An encrypted connection key from Google, so you do not have to reconnect every visit, and a copy of each report for up to 12 hours so opening it again is instant. Press Disconnect and both are deleted straight away. We never share or sell this data.

Why does it say I have no websites?

Search Console only shows data for sites you have verified as yours. Add and verify your site at search.google.com/search-console with the same Google account, then press Refresh list.

Why don't the searches add up to my total clicks?

Google hides searches that only a handful of people made, to protect their privacy. The totals include them; the list of searches does not.

Why are the last two days missing?

Google's numbers for the most recent days are still being counted and change for about 48 hours. We show only settled days so the comparison is fair.

Google showed an "unverified app" warning โ€” is that safe?

While Google is still reviewing Upgrowly's request for Search Console access, it shows that notice. The permission you grant is still read-only, and you can remove it any time from your Google account or with our Disconnect button.
