GST Invoice & Quotation Maker
GST Invoice Maker is a free tool that makes a proper GST bill or quotation, works out CGST and SGST or IGST, writes the total in words, and saves it as a PDF.
- Free
- No sign-up
- Runs in your browser
A GST bill has to show the right tax, split the right way, with a number and the total in words. This free maker does the maths for you: type your items and prices before GST, choose whether the customer is in your state, and get a clean invoice or quotation to save as PDF or print. Nothing you type leaves your phone or computer.

Guide
How to use it

- 4Choose whether the customer is in your state or another state.
- 5Press Create, check the warnings, then press Save as PDF.
What the results mean
- GSTIN
- Your 15-character GST registration number. The first two digits are your state code.
- CGST and SGST
- When you sell within your own state, GST is split in half: one half to the central government (CGST), one to the state (SGST).
- IGST
- Integrated GST. When you sell to another state, the full GST is charged as one amount instead of two halves.
- HSN / SAC code
- A government code for the type of product (HSN) or service (SAC). Many small businesses must show it; your accountant can confirm.
- Round off
- The few paise added or taken away so the total is a whole rupee.
Common questions
I am not registered for GST. Can I still use this?
Yes, but do not charge GST. Set every item to 0% and leave your GSTIN empty. Businesses that are not registered cannot collect GST from customers.
How do I know if it is CGST + SGST or IGST?
Look at where the goods or service are delivered. Same state as your registration: CGST + SGST. A different state: IGST. If both GSTINs are filled in, we warn you when the choice does not match their state codes.
Is this a valid GST invoice?
It shows the details a normal GST invoice needs: your and your customer's details, GSTINs, invoice number and date, items, rates, tax split and total. Businesses above the e-invoicing limit must also create e-invoices on the government portal, which this tool does not do.
How do I save it as a PDF?
Press Save as PDF, then choose "Save as PDF" as the printer in the window that opens. On a phone, use Share or Print and pick PDF.
Is my data saved?
No. Everything is worked out in your browser and nothing is sent to us. Save the PDF before you close the page.
