Answer a few simple questions and get a plain-English privacy policy and terms of use page for your business website, ready to copy or download as text or HTML. It is a starting point, not legal advice.

Common questions
Does my small business website need a privacy policy?
Yes, if it collects any personal information โ even just a contact form. Indian law expects it, Google Ads and payment gateways ask for one, and it builds customer trust.
Is this privacy policy legally enough for my business?
It covers the basics for a typical small business, but it is not legal advice. If you handle sensitive data such as health or financial records, or run a large online store, ask a lawyer to review it.
What is the difference between a privacy policy and terms of use?
The privacy policy explains what you do with visitors' personal data. The terms of use set the rules for using your website, orders and refunds.
Is anything I type stored by Upgrowly?
No. The pages are made inside your browser, and nothing you enter is sent to us.
