Email Signature Generator
Email Signature Generator is a free tool that makes a clean, clickable email signature with your logo, WhatsApp and social links for Gmail and Outlook.
- Free
- No sign-up
- Runs in your browser
Every email you send is a small advert. This generator builds a professional signature with your name, logo, phone, WhatsApp chat link, website and social pages, using the old-fashioned table layout that Gmail and Outlook keep intact. Guide
How to use it
- 1Fill in the details you want to show. Leave out anything you donโt want โ empty fields are simply skipped.
- 2Add a logo link and pick your brand colour. The logo must already be online, for example on your website.
- 3Choose one of the three layouts and check the live preview.
- 4Press Copy signature and paste it into Gmail or Outlookโs signature settings. Use Copy HTML code for mail apps that ask for code.
What the results mean
- Table layout
- Email apps ignore most modern web design, so signatures are built from simple tables with the styling written on each line. It looks old-fashioned in code but survives every inbox.
- WhatsApp link
- A wa.me link that opens a chat with you in one tap. A 10-digit Indian mobile number gets the +91 country code added automatically.
- Logo URL
- The web address of your logo image, ending in .png or .jpg. Email signatures cannot carry the image itself, so the picture is loaded from that address when the email is opened.
- Disclaimer
- Small print at the bottom, such as a confidentiality note or your GST number. Optional, and best kept to one or two lines.
Common questions
Why does my logo not show in the preview?
The logo link must point straight to an image that anyone can open, like https://yoursite.in/logo.png. Links to a Google Drive page or a login-only folder will not work.
How do I add the signature in Gmail?
Open Gmail on a computer, click the gear icon, then See all settings. Scroll to Signature, create a new one, paste with Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on a Mac), and click Save changes at the bottom.
Is my information saved anywhere?
No. The signature is built in your browser and nothing you type is sent to us. If you close the page, the form clears, so copy your signature before leaving.
