How to use it

Common questions
Where do I set the greeting and away messages?
In the WhatsApp Business app, open Settings, then Business tools. Greeting message and Away message are both there, and the away message lets you choose the hours it is sent.
Can I ask customers for Google reviews on WhatsApp?
Yes, as long as you ask everyone and offer nothing in return. Google does not allow rewarding reviews or asking only happy customers, which is why the template simply asks how it went.
Do these work with the normal WhatsApp app?
You can copy and send them from normal WhatsApp too. The automatic greeting, away messages and quick replies need the free WhatsApp Business app.
