Organization Schema Generator

Organization Schema Generator is a free tool that makes home page code telling Google your company's logo, helpline numbers, social pages and GST details.

  • Free
  • No sign-up
  • Runs in your browser

Organization schema is a small block of hidden code on your home page that introduces your company to Google: the official name, the logo, the helpline numbers and the social media accounts that really belong to you. Google uses it to pick the logo it shows for your brand and to connect your website with your Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube pages. It suits online stores, brands and service companies; if customers visit a shop, use the Local Business Schema Generator as well.

Your workspace

This builds the hidden code that tells Google who your company is: its name, logo, how customers can contact you and where your official social media pages are. It helps Google show the right logo and details when people search your brand name.

Guide

How to use it

  1. 1Enter your company name, website and a link to your logo.
  2. 2Add each customer helpline โ€” customer care, sales, support โ€” with its phone or email and the languages spoken.
  3. 3Paste the links to your official social media pages, one per line.
  4. 4Optionally add your registered name, GSTIN, year started and address. These build trust.
  5. 5Fix anything the checker flags, then copy the code and paste it on your home page only.

What the results mean

Organization
The schema.org label for a company, brand, NGO or institution as a whole โ€” not one shop location.
Contact point
One way to reach you for one purpose, such as the customer care number or the sales email, with the languages and area it serves.
sameAs
The list of your official profiles elsewhere. It tells Google these accounts are really yours and not a fan page or a copycat.
Knowledge panel
The information box Google sometimes shows on the right of results when someone searches a brand name. This code gives Google correct facts to fill it with.
taxID
Your tax registration number. In India this is your GSTIN, the 15-character number on your GST certificate.

Common questions

Where should this code go?

On your home page only, once. It describes the whole company, so there is no need to repeat it on every page.

Will Google show my logo in search results?

This code is how you tell Google which logo is official, and it makes that far more likely. Google still decides what to show, and a clear, square logo at least 112 pixels wide works best.

My SEO plugin already adds Organization code. Should I add this too?

No โ€” two different versions can confuse Google. Either fill in your pluginโ€™s organisation settings or switch that part off and use this code instead.

Is it safe to put my GSTIN in the code?

Yes. Your GSTIN is already public โ€” anyone can look it up on the GST portal, and it appears on your invoices. Adding it is optional but shows you are a registered business.

What is the difference between this and Local Business schema?

Organization describes the company as a whole. Local Business describes a place customers visit, with an address and opening hours. A company with a shop can use both: Organization on the home page, Local Business on the shopโ€™s page.
