Free keyword research and content tools

These 17 free tools find the phrases your customers type into Google, including Hinglish and regional-language searches, and help you plan and check the pages and posts that answer them.

Good content starts with the words customers actually use, not the words a business uses about itself. The keyword tools here build and tidy that list: near-me and city phrases, Hinglish and regional spellings, every combination of your services and areas, then grouped so that each topic gets one page. The content tools turn a keyword into a brief, plan which local pages to build, and check finished text for readability, length and overused words. None of these tools shows Google search volumes. To see which phrases really bring visits, compare them with your own Search Console data.

Common questions

Do these tools show search volume?

No. Search volume figures come from paid data providers, and Upgrowly keeps its tools free. These tools suggest the phrases people are likely to use. To see which ones really bring visitors, connect Google Search Console and open the Search Console Rankings report, which shows your real searches and clicks.

Can I find Hindi and Hinglish keywords?

Yes. The Hinglish Keyword Finder lists the ways customers type what you sell in Hinglish and Hindi script, and the Regional Keyword Finder does the same for Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil and Telugu.

How many keywords should one page target?

One main topic per page. Phrases that mean the same thing, such as "AC repair Pune" and "AC service near me in Pune", belong on one page. The Keyword Grouper sorts a long list into those groups and suggests a page name for each one.
