Google Review Reply Writer

Upgrowly's free Google Review Reply Writer uses AI to write two polite replies to any review in English or Hinglish, or you can pick from 20 ready-made ones.

  • Free
  • No sign-up
  • Checks a live page

Every reply to a Google review is read by the next hundred customers, not just the person who wrote it. Paste a review and our AI writes two replies that thank the customer, answer what they actually said and, for a complaint, apologise and move it offline โ€” in English or Hinglish. Or browse twenty ready-made replies for the situations Indian shops, clinics and restaurants face.

Your workspace

How do you want to reply?

Warm suits shops and restaurants; professional suits clinics, firms and services.

Fill in the details above, then press the button to see your result.

Guide

How to use it

  1. 1Type your business name, your name and role, and a phone number for taking problems offline.
  2. 2Choose Write a reply with AI, paste the review, pick the star rating, the tone and the language, and press Write replies.
  3. 3Read both options, edit a word or two so it sounds like you, copy one and post it on Google.
  4. 4Prefer ready-made wording? Choose Browse ready-made replies, filter by praise, complaints or tricky reviews, and copy one.

What the results mean

Taking it offline
Moving a complaint from the public review to a phone call or message, where you can sort it out privately and calmly.
Flagging a review
Reporting a review to Google as spam, fake or off-topic. Google checks it and may remove it โ€” replying does not stop you flagging.
Tone
Warm sounds like a friendly owner; professional sounds like a clinic or firm. Use whichever fits how you talk to customers in person.
Hinglish
Hindi and English mixed, written in English letters โ€” how many customers actually write reviews. Replying the same way can feel more personal.

Common questions

Should I reply to every review?

Yes, including the good ones. Replies show customers that someone is listening, and Google has said that responding to reviews is part of running a good profile. Try to reply within a day or two.

How do I reply to a fake review?

Stay calm, say politely that you cannot find a record of the visit, and invite the person to call you. Then flag the review to Google. Never accuse the writer or reveal anything about real customers.

Can I copy the same reply for every review?

Use these as a starting point, but change a detail each time โ€” mention the dish, the service or the day. Identical replies look automated and customers notice.

I run a clinic. What should I avoid?

Never confirm that the reviewer is your patient or mention any treatment, test or health detail, even if they did. Thank them in general terms and ask them to call the clinic directly.

Is the AI reply writer free?

Yes. You get a few AI replies a day without an account, and more when signed in. If the day's AI writing runs out, you get the best-matching ready-made reply instead, so you are never stuck.

Can the AI reply offer a discount to fix a bad review?

No, on purpose. Offering discounts, gifts or refunds in exchange for changing a review breaks Google's rules and can get reviews removed. Our replies apologise and ask the customer to contact you, and anything you decide to offer is agreed privately.

Is the review I paste stored?

The review is sent to our AI to write the reply and the result is kept for a day so the same request is not written twice. It is not published or shared. Do not paste private details such as phone numbers of customers.
