Guide
How to use it
- 1Fill in your own name and contact details, then the client's business name, website, type of business and city.
- 2Tick the problems you found. Each one comes with a short explanation of why it matters, written for someone with no SEO background.
- 3Write the client's goals in their own words, pick the services you will deliver and choose a 3, 6 or 12-month plan.
- 4Enter your monthly fee and one-time setup fee in rupees, decide whether to add GST, and adjust the payment terms.
- 5Check the preview, then press Print / Save as PDF, or copy the whole proposal as text for an email.
What the results mean
- Retainer
- A fixed monthly fee for ongoing work. SEO is usually sold this way because results build up over months, not days.
- Setup fee
- A one-time charge for the first audit and the big fixes at the start, before the monthly work settles into a routine.
- Scope of work
- The exact list of what you will and will not do. A clear scope stops arguments later about what the fee covers.
- GST on services
- Digital marketing services are taxed at 18% GST in India. If you are GST-registered, add it; if not, leave it off and the proposal says prices exclude GST.
Common questions
Is my client's information stored anywhere?
No. The proposal is built entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to our servers, so you can use it for a prospect's details without asking their permission first.
How do I save the proposal as a PDF?
Press Print / Save as PDF and choose 'Save as PDF' as the printer. Only the proposal is printed โ the website around it is hidden automatically.
Should I promise a first-page ranking in my proposal?
No. Google decides rankings and nobody controls them. The terms in this proposal commit to the work and to monthly reporting instead, which is honest and protects you if results take longer.
How much should I charge?
It depends on the size of the site, the competition and your experience. Use our SEO Price Calculator to get a range in rupees based on hours of work, then enter your figure here.
